The Haydon Bridge Health Centre Dispensary is now running at a reduced service for the foreseeable future. The dispensary will now be open Monday to Wednesday 8.00 until 18:00 and closing between 12.00 and 13.15. The dispensary will not be open on Thursdays and Fridays. Please can you ensure medication is ordered and collected during these times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Online booking system – new log-in details
We have recently changed our clinical system to one that is used widely across other local healthcare services. This new system will help improve how our healthcare professionals share important information to benefit your care.

Our new online booking system is now up and running, please contact us to receive new log-ins to enable you to book an appointment or order repeat prescriptions online.

If you are already registered with our online booking service for appointments and repeat prescriptions, you do not need to re-register. However as this is a different system, you will need new log-in details – please request these now by contacting the surgery either in person or by telephone. Log in details can be given to you in person or posted to your address.

Please note the new log-in details won’t be automatically issued, you will need to contact us to request these. Thank you for your co-operation.

If you require an urgent appointment and there are no available appointments on the day, a GP will call you back to discuss your symptoms. They will then either make you an appointment to be seen or if appropriate give you advice over the phone.

Appointments are 10 minutes long, if you need to see the doctor for more than one problem please request a longer appointment.

If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know, so that we have the opportunity to offer it to someone else.

If the surgery is closed and you require medical advice please dial NHS 111.
